Session Topic: Mindfulness for the LGBTQIA+ Community: Creating safer, more inclusive spaces for practice

Christoph Spiessens is the founder of The Manchester Mindfulness Festival. He holds a Master’s in Teaching Mindfulness with Distinction awarded by Bangor University, is a registered teacher with the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches, and a mindfulness supervisor. Christoph has a passion for neuro-inclusive mindfulness and helps people explore mindfulness without suppressing their neurodivergent traits or hiding their authentic self. This allows for practice in ways that are accessible, safe, and effective for their own neurotype and personhood.
